Mr. Cross is the accomplished author of Vial 023 A Father's Pursuit of Justice. His book has received five-star ratings and was endorsed by former U.S. Secretary for Health and Human Services, Donna E. Shalala.
Mr. Cross is retired from Rubicon, Inc. as an exporter/importer, raw material and precious metals buyer and the material control coordinator.
He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Banking School of the South, Baton Rouge Vocational Business School, Louisiana World Trade Center New Orleans Importer/ Exporter Certification.
Mr. Cross and his wife Karen have been married for over 40 years with two children. Their son Brad died of AIDS at the age of 17, in 1993. His medicine, a blood product, was contaminated with HIV/AIDS in the 1980's. Their daughter Jennifer has Interstitial Cystitis, a bladder disease, fibromyalgia, and is a carrier of hemophilia with a low factor level. Mr. Cross, his wife, and their daughter live in Prairieville, Louisiana. Mr. Cross, Karen, and Jennifer together are committee members active in fund raising for The Children's Hospital in New Orleans.
Mr. Cross became involved with PSI through the acquaintances and friendship Dr. Kuhn made through the Bleeding disorders community. Mr. Cross stated that he was honored to be asked by Dr. Kuhn to serve on the PSI board of directors. "I consider it a privilege to be able to work with the dedicated employees of PSI who work so hard to make a difference in the lives of so many families in this country."
Mr. Cross is an avid fan of LSU sports especially football and thoroughly enjoys spending time at his camp on the Louisiana bayou.
Mr. Cross is survivor of cancer.
